Neal Patwari of the University of Utah discovered that breathing affects the strength of Wi-Fi signal. This technology is helpful  to calculate your breathing rate.Measuring the breathing rate is helpful but this technology is also use as a spy tool and this is the point where this technology is become interesting.Patwari discovered that any movement can affect the strength of the signal and these changes are used for tracking the location, he also discovered that these small changes can measure even when the wi-fi signal passes through a wall and travels into another room.
So be careful if any wants to locate you he can setup a wireless network outside your home. It's supposedly sensitive enough to detect whether you are standing up,sitting or lying down.
